Wasn't sure this was necessary until my son face planted on the hardwood and this took the hit instead of his head. Getting a second one for daycare.
I was skeptical this would actually stay on but my daughter has worn it every day for the past month while learning to walk and it hasn't slipped once. She's taken some pretty hard tumbles onto the tile and this cushioned every single one. Machine washable too, which matters since she also uses it as a chew toy half the time.
Bought one for my daughter and liked it so much I got a second as a baby shower gift for my sister. The straps adjust enough to grow with them for a few months, the fabric is soft against the skin, and it actually does what it says, cushions the back of the head during those wobbly early walking days.
Bought this after my daughter bonked her head twice in one day learning to sit up. Total peace of mind now, and she looks adorable in the bee one.
Fits better than I expected from the size chart and the dragon design gets so many comments when we're out. Does exactly what it says too.
cute and functional, did not think that was possible
Very good
So cute!
Just as expected 5 star
already ordered a second one for grandma's house
My daughter just started pulling up on furniture and this has saved her head at least three times this week. Soft, easy to put on, and honestly adorable too.
exactly as pictured, love the little turtle shell on the back
obsessed with this, he faceplants like it's his job and it actually works
easy to strap on and it stays put even when she's crawling everywhere
The straps adjust easily and it doesn't slide around even when he's crawling all over the place. Washes fine too, which matters with how much this kid drools.
Really impressed with the quality for the price. It's thicker than I expected and my son can still move freely, doesn't feel bulky at all.
Got this for daycare so the teachers aren't watching him like a hawk every second. He wears it happily and it stays in place all day.
Honestly did not expect to need this but my son started walking early and goes down hard, a lot. This has taken so many hits that would have been a screaming meltdown otherwise. Put it in the wash weekly and it holds up fine.
My son is an aggressive faller, he just throws himself backward with zero warning, and this thing has saved us from a lot of panic. It's soft, breathable, and he genuinely doesn't seem to notice he's wearing it after the first few minutes. The turtle one gets compliments every time we're out.
Really happy with this overall, does exactly what it's supposed to do and my son doesn't mind wearing it. Only reason for 4 stars is it took almost two weeks to arrive, longer than I expected.
This has been one of the best purchases since he started walking. Cushions the fall every time and it's machine washable, which is a lifesaver with a toddler.
so soft he doesn't even notice he's wearing it
saved his head more times than I can count, worth every penny
