Refund & Return Policy

At Trenova Express, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase, and if not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.


Order Processing & Cancellation

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@trenovaexpress.com within 3 hours of placing the order.

After the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may return the item upon delivery, following the return guidelines below.


Return Conditions

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and undamaged

In original packaging with all tags/labels attached

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return

(If applicable) Photos/videos of any defects or issues

⚠️ We reserve the right to deny returns for items that show signs of use, damage not caused by us, or that do not meet the eligibility criteria.


Return Shipping

For all eligible returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please use a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery of the returned item. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without a tracking number.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@trenovaexpress.com.


Unwanted Items

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return unused items within 30 days. Return shipping costs apply, as outlined above.
