The Aura Glow Cap is designed to be worn on the head for 10-minute daily sessions over the course of 16 weeks, followed by maintenance sessions 3 to 4 times per week thereafter.

Step 2: Ensure the controller's battery is fully powered up.
Step 3: Attach the controller to the rear of the hat at the location of the three magnetic connection points.
Step 4: Press and hold down the power button for two seconds to activate the device.
Step 5: Position the Aura Glow Cap securely on your head by adjusting the strap for comfort.
Make sure your hair is clean, completely dry, and free of any styling products.
Step 6: Sit back and relax for the 10-minute session while the red light operates. The cap will automatically shut off once the 10 minutes are up.
